The Acceptable Use Policy for Comcast Business Internet Services has been revised to, among other things, clarify the following:

• Your business is solely responsible for preventing copyright infringement in connection with your Service account and for complying with complying with all notices and requests pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act , 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3) ("DMCA").
• Your business shall have a process for expeditiously complying with and responding to DMCA take-down notices.
• Upon reasonable request by Comcast, your business shall furnish to Comcast information that reasonably demonstrates your policies, procedures and practices for addressing DMCA violations in connection with your Service account and the personnel responsible for DMCA compliance.

Use of Comcast Business Services is subject to the Comcast Business Service Order Agreement and Business Services Customer Terms and Conditions (see applicable below) and the Comcast Business Services and Commercial High-Speed Internet Acceptable Use Policy.
